Baha Mar Foundation’s Donation & Grant Program has the goal of supporting registered non-profit organizations whose mission is aligned with our three pillars of Community, Culture and Conservation. Our funding priorities are directed towards our three pillars and must either promote the development of our community, encourage the appreciation of our culture or promote the protection and conservation of the Bahamian environment. At this time, we are only considering applications from non-profit organizations or programs based within The Bahamas. To be considered for support from the Baha Mar Resort Foundation, whether in-kind or monetary support, we must receive a completed Grant Application Form. No inquiries will be considered without submission of the application form.
For in-kind donation requests such as gift certificates or use of meeting rooms, applicants are to visit the Foundation’s Donation Request page to complete the application. Applications can be submitted on a rolling basis however, to allow time for processing, applicants are asked to submit requests at least one month prior to the event. Since hotel rooms, meeting spaces and restaurants are based on availability, applicants are recommended to apply well in advance. For monetary donations, a full proposal is required outlining goals, how your proposed program/activity is aligned with the Baha Mar Resort Foundation's three pillars, a timeline of the proposed program/activity and a budget.
